Additional Pricing Info

  • Travel is free for the first 50 miles (100 mile round trip) then there is a small fee per mile after that. We are based out of Chattanooga, TN.

  • There may be an additional fee for events that take place on a holiday. 100% of this fee goes to the employee(s) working the event.

  • There may be an additional fee for large events over 150 people.

  • There is a 3.5% credit card processing fee.

  • To reserve a date all you need is a $200 down payment and a signed contract. The rest is due 2 weeks before the event. Events booked within a month will be required to pay full amount.

  • We charge an extra $250 for outdoor events if no shade and cover is provided. We no longer do outdoor events in summer or winter (June - August & November - February)
